Add Media to Knowledge Base

While adding the media, in this case an article, the user can:

  • Assign the media to one or many categories.
  • Assign tags to the media.
  • Enter content through a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor.
  • Choose if the system should do automatic linking. If this is done the system will locate all keywords predefined in the system and replace those with a link. Keywords and keyword target URLs are defined through a separate page. Automatic linking is very helpful for navigation and for improved search engine optimization (in case the knowledge base is publically available).
