Equipment Service Management

The client is a Swedish company that sells and services fire-fighting and safety equipment. The object of the system is to keep track of customers, their premises and all safety equipment that has been installed on their premises.

The system is developed with PHP/MySQL on the Zend Framework.

Some of the key benefits and features of the system are:

• Users can assign objects to customers and set sevice renewal dates (all safety equipment generally needs frequent servicing)
• Users can easily see what clients and objects are coming up for servicing
• Articles, time spent and travel expenses can easily be assigned to a client and invoices will automatically be generated
