It's imperative to communicate and discuss requirements clearly to lay the foundation for success. We do this through continuous reporting and through a meticulous project planning and prototyping process which also assures that the quality assurance team can test the application properly.

From experience we have noticed that successful projects are those where the client and web development team at LiteBreeze India communicate frequently and in detail.

Detailed and frequent reporting and communication allows for:

How and When

You will get a daily report summarized by the team leader. Each PHP developer, quality assurance engineer and web designer will also report how they have spent their time, i.e. the number of hours spent on each page/feature.

During the project planning phase we will share database schemas, design proposals and the layout/shell (HTML prototypes of the application). In the testing phase you will get access to test reports and bug lists.

Communicating Web Design Requirements

Designing a great web site takes time. Web designing is a continuous process of designing, re-designing, tweaking independent graphics such as logos, icons and banners, trying out new color schemes and requesting feedback from end users.

Our web designers are patient and they understand the need among clients to get a design that suit the client's target group. Therefore our designers are trained in reporting ideas, visions and concepts through mockups. You will receive sample designs and suggestions from our talented developers along with the initial proposal.
